As an Application Developer for Packaged ApplicationDevelopment, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuringapplications to meet business process and application requirements using OracleProfitability and Cost Management (PCMCS). Your typical day will involvecollaborating with cross -functional teams, analyzing business requirements, anddeveloping solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:• Lead end -to -end implementation projects for Oracle PCMCS,including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, anddeployment.• Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to gatherbusiness requirements and define key performance metrics for profitability andcost management.• Develop comprehensive solution designs and functionalspecifications based on client requirements, industry best practices, andOracle PCMCS capabilities.• Configure Oracle PCMCS applications to support costallocation, profitability analysis, and financial reporting requirements.• Collaborate with cross -functional teams, includingfinance, IT, and business operations, to ensure seamless integration withexisting systems and processes.• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants,sharing best practices and knowledge transfer.• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing supportto ensure successful adoption of Oracle PCMCS solutions.• Stay current with industry trends and Oracle productupdates, continuously enhancing your expertise and contributing to thedevelopment of new service offerings. Professional & Technical Skills:• Minimum of 5 -6 years of hands -on experience with OracleEPM Cloud products, with a focus on Profitability and Cost Management Cloud(PCMCS).• Proven track record of successfully leading multipleOracle PCMCS implementation projects from inception to completion.• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including costallocation methodologies, activity -based costing, and profitability analysis.• Proficiency in Oracle PCMCS configuration, including datamodel design, rule creation, calculation scripts, and reporting.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members atall levels of the organization.• Self -motivated and proactive, with a commitment todelivering high -quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements,as needed. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12years of experience in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS). - Thisposition is based at our Bengaluru office.
