Role Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Hyperion EPM Developer/Senior Developer with strong expertise in Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize cost allocation models and business rules, delivering high-performance solutions to support financial planning, profitability analysis, and cost management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • PCMCS Model Development:

  • Design, configure, and maintain PCMCS applications, including allocation logic, calculation rules, and driver-based models.

  • Build and optimize profitability and cost management models for various business scenarios.

  • Technical Implementation & Support:

  • Develop and maintain calculation rules, data integrations, and automation scripts.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues, identify root causes, and implement performance-tuning strategies.

  • Data Management & Integration:

  • Work with data sources (on-prem and cloud) to design efficient data loads and metadata management.

  • Integrate PCMCS with Oracle EPM Cloud, ERP systems, and other financial platforms using Data Management/FDMEE or REST APIs.

  • Upgrades & Enhancements:

  • Support patching, upgrades, and continuous improvements of the PCMCS environment.

  • Document technical specifications, models, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Core Expertise:

  • 37 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM suite, specifically PCMCS.

  • Strong knowledge of allocation logic, driver-based modeling, and profitability analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with calculation rules, rule sets, and automation scripts in PCMCS.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Oracle Data Management/FDMEE.

  • Solid understanding of cloud-based EPM architecture, metadata management, and security configuration.

  • Financial & Business Knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of cost allocation methodologies, profitability modeling, and financial planning concepts.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g., FCCS, PBCS, ARCS).
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, or data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
