Job Title: Dry Cleaning Store Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dry-cleaning outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, quality garment care, excellent customer service, and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations, including garment intake, cleaning, and timely delivery.

Supervise and train staff to maintain service and quality standards.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.

Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.

Oversee cash handling, sales reports, and store profitability.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Prior experience in retail/store management (dry cleaning/laundry experience preferred).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of fabrics and garment care a plus.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
