Job Description:

Truckrr is a technology start-up that disrupts the existing way fleet owners operate. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join us as Digital Marketing Interns for a 3-month internship program. This internship provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing strategies, tools, and campaigns. Interns will learn to design, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels. Based on performance during the internship, there may be an opportunity for a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: ·

  2. Learn to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Truckrr's goals and target audience.

  3. Identify growth opportunities across online channels under guidance.

  4. Campaign Management:

  5. Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

  6. Support campaign optimization to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  7. Content Creation & Management:

  8. Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

  9. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.

  10. Analytics and Reporting:

  11. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.

  12. Learn to use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

  13. Social Media & Community Building:

  14. Assist in managing Truckrr's social media presence, growing followers, and driving engagement.

  15. Support prompt responses to comments, messages, and community inquiries.

  16. Collaboration:

  17. Work closely with the product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.

  18. Coordinate with external vendors and partners when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fresh graduates in any related stream; VISCOM (Visual Communication) is a plus.
  • Completion of a Digital Marketing course is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn SEO, SEM, social media advertising, marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
  • Creativity and willingness to support content creation, community building, and digital campaigns.

Duration: 3 Months Internship (Performance-based extension or full-time opportunity)
