Role & responsibilities:

  • Work with industry standard CAD/BIM software platforms such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related tools.
  • Able to Generate detailed BIM models for architectural and/or structural, or MEP disciplines
  • Extract and prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation from BIM models.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and adherence to design standards.
  • Engage in various associated activities .

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil, Architecture, or related engineering fields.
  • Reasonable hands-on experience in BIM modeling and CAD drafting.
  • Knowledge of stages of BIM implementation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Software Skills:

  • Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
  • AutoCAD.
  • BIM 360 (Preferred).
  • Navisworks.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility when working with remote and international teams.
  • Good communication skills and a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage and track multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving, open-minded, and tolerant.
