The Associate Tax Analyst will be responsible for providing real-time support to U.S. individual tax clients through a live chat interface. This role involves assisting clients with tax-related and software usage questions while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills and a willingness to quickly learn U.S. tax laws, tools, and applications. Key Responsibilities
Discovery
Learn the fundamentals of U.S. Individual Taxation, state-specific tax rules, and client expectations. Stay informed on software updates and tax policy changes.
Technical Acumen & Execution
Assist U.S. clients in preparing their federal and state tax returns using a live chat platform. Resolve tax queries and guide users through the software. Maintain accuracy in information and support delivery.
Analytics
Interpret client questions to provide accurate and compliant tax guidance. Identify patterns or common issues to improve support strategies.
People & Strategy
Communicate professionally and empathetically via chat. Work collaboratively within the team and proactively manage time to handle chat volumes effectively.

Basic Knowledge of Finance & Accounts (Preferred)
Immediate Joiner who can join from 27th Oct 2025
Willing to work in night Shift
Willing to WFO- Hitec City, Hyderabad
Willing to work on Contract Basis
