Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Showroom Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the showroom, ensuring high customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience. Key activities include overseeing sales, customer service, coordinating showroom logistics, and maintaining the showroom's visual merchandising standards. The role also entails supervising staff, managing inventory, and reporting on sales metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Proven sales expertise in a showroom environment
- Strong managerial and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site
- Relevant experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
