Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at sKart Global Express, located in Vasant Vihar. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide support and information regarding services, manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and helping to streamline customer service processes.

  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Experience in Handling Customer Inquiries and Managing Accounts
  • Organizational and Record-Keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
