Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor with experience in selling MBA/PGDM programs and UG programs. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the education industry, with a proven track record in student counseling and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Effectively promote and sell MBA/PGDM programs priced between 8-15 Lakhs.
- Effectively promote and sell UG programs.
- Engage with leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, career prospects, and financial options.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to generate high-quality leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in student recruitment.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in selling MBA/PGDM/UG programs.
- Mandatory experience in the education industry (preferably higher education/admissions).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven approach with excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle inquiries through multiple channels (calls, emails, in-person meetings).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and admission software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with business schools or higher education institutions.
