We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chemist to join our Production Department as an API specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with a background in Synthimed Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement new methods and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
  • Ensure all products meet required specifications and standards before release.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Proven experience in a chemical analysis laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical principles and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
