Job Title: Business Systems Analyst & Data Project Manager (with AI Awareness)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Systems Analyst & Data Project Manager who can bridge business objectives with data-driven and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will combine analytical acumen, business understanding, and project management expertise to deliver impactful insights, streamline processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives powered by AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop High-Impact Presentations:

    Create high-quality, insightful presentations that effectively communicate business value, AI-driven insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  2. Business Analysis & Strategy:

    Demonstrate strong understanding of business concepts, processes, and industry trends, incorporating AI opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  3. Project Management & Execution:

    Lead and drive project execution by leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of business and AI initiatives.
  4. Requirements & Stakeholder Management:

    Support project planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication across the lifecycle of data and AI projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
  5. Data Collaboration & Insights:

    Partner with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to validate data, identify AI/ML use cases, and translate analytical outputs into actionable business insights.

  6. AI Adoption & Enablement:

  7. Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation in business processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.

  8. Collaborate with technical teams to understand AI models, outputs, and limitations for effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Support the integration of AI tools (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing, or data visualization platforms) into existing workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, project management, or data-driven roles.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and automation.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across business and technical teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven business use cases, data analytics, or automation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of cloud-based AI ecosystems (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI Services, or Google Cloud AI tools).
