This global team collaborates across functions, optimizing and automating workflows for multiple areas. By establishing a unified enterprise applications framework, the team significantly contributes to Akamai's growth and achieves substantial cost savings. Partner with the best As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll work in a global environment and contribute to enterprise application integrations. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end. You'll come up with innovative solutions for business problems and coordinate with development teams to implement them. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Acting as a liaison among stakeholders, analyzing, prioritizing, communicating, and validating requirements for changes to processes, policies, and information systems. - Understanding business needs and opportunities, recommending solutions to support organizational objectives and align with specified requirements effectively. - Creating precise functional requirements and presenting them effectively to stakeholders and management for optimal understanding and implementation. - Collaborating with developers, architects, managers, and business teams to ensure prompt delivery of quality solutions aligning with business needs. - Understanding the data model and aligning it seamlessly with diverse business processes to ensure optimal functionality and integration. - Adapting efficiently, thriving promptly in a new environment while maintaining productivity within a dynamic and rapid environment. Do What You Love To be successful in this role you will: - Have 5 to 9 Years of relevant experience and a Bachelor/Master's Degree - Possess at least 5+ years of relevant experience in BA roles focused on ERP, Salesforce CRM systems implementation and support. - Possess experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and others. - Demonstrate good knowledge of SDLC, business processes and data analysis. - Demonstrate professionalism, maintain attention to detail, and exhibit exceptional written and spoken communication abilities effectively in business settings.
