Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Patna. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote Edural Classes' programs and services. The role involves conducting market research, creating marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members to improve branding, build partnerships, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop and execute successful campaigns
  • Experience in Sales to drive revenue and maintain strong client relations
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize marketing efforts
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills for coordinating multiple campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Experience in the education or edtech industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
