Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Patna. The Telesales Specialist will connect with potential clients, present and sell company services, address inquiries, and maintain accurate records of client information and sales. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, following up on leads, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The role also involves understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions while collaborating with team members to optimize processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address client needs and foster client satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate information clearly, build rapport, and engage with customers effectively
  • Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet sales goals and persuade potential clients
  • Adaptability to deliver Training to clients when required, ensuring a thorough understanding of products and services
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work in a goal-driven environment
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
