Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Communicator, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Communicator will engage with potential clients to generate qualified leads, effectively present product and service offerings, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound communication, following up on inquiries, closing sales opportunities, and recording details in the CRM system. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize communication strategies is also an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication, Active Listening, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to effectively use CRM tools, Email Platforms, and Communication Software
  • Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or B2B sales sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
