Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle HCM Cloud Product Security Consultant located in Bengaluru South. The Oracle HCM Cloud Product Security Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing HCM cloud security, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, conducting security assessments and audits, troubleshooting security issues, and providing support for security-related projects. Day-to-day tasks include configuring security roles, managing user access, and coordinating with different teams to address security needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security, configuring security roles, and managing user access
- Knowledge of security assessments, security audits, and compliance with corporate policies
- Skills in troubleshooting security issues and providing support for security-related projects
- Familiarity with best practices in information security and data protection
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in the HR domain and cloud computing is a plus
