Delegate Acquisition Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent communication skills to ensure confidence while selling to C- Level executives.
  2. To identify qualified prospects and effectively present the key features and benefits of our projects and secure their participation as delegates.
  3. Lead and Market Research for respective events.
  4. Should be able to reach decision makers over the phone.
  5. To generate maximum revenue on any given event.
  6. Good negotiation skills.
  7. To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with new clients under minimal supervision
  8. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
  9. To meet or exceed personal targets.
  10. To meet or exceed call time rate.
  11. To work with the conference producer and marketing manager for optimum sales technique and marketing focus.
  12. Building client relations for future business.
  13. Internal Work closely with various departments
  14. External - Industry Associations, Media, Ministries, NGOs and Corporates (for sponsorship)

  1. Excellent Communication Skills
  2. Right attitude, Good team player
  3. Analytical bent of mind with an ability to have a consultative approach towards clients
  4. Proactive, Go-getter attitude
  5. Ability to strategize and execute long term vision
  6. Knack to multi task
  7. Exceptional networking skills
  8. Out-of the-box thinker.
  9. Candidate from a conference delegate sales background would be an advantage.
