We come up with an excellent opportunity for the position of **Delegate Acquisition **in **Bricsa Consulting at Andheri location.**

**Need excellent English Communication.**

**Job description**:

- Responsible for delegate acquisition for conferences from doing market research and lead
- generation to sell delegate packages to senior level business leaders for a conference events.
- Working closely with the Managing Director, Marketing and Production team.
- Contact appropriate executives to ensure they are aware of events, selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations.
- Tenacious, articulate and confident in engaging at director level.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting pitching to closing.
- Liaising with confirmed delegates to ensure event attendance and participation.
- Consistently meeting daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue.

**Skills**:

- An excellent communicator with both strong verbal and written skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office & MS excel.
- Professional, eager and open to learn our own unique sales process.
- A graduate with good business acumen and the ability to digest complex market knowledge fast.
- Driven and purposeful, hard-working and ambitious with a read desire to build a career in sales.
