Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for an Operation Supervisor. The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and managing the operations team. Key tasks include monitoring production processes, maintaining quality control, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Operational Skills, including an understanding of production processes and quality control
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing operational metrics and improving efficiency
  • Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and other departments
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
