Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication & Assembly: Fit and assemble metal and non-metal components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Welding & Cutting: Perform welding, grinding, and cutting operations to shape and join body parts.
  • Structural Integrity: Ensure the structural strength and durability of the fabricated bus body.
  • Quality Inspection: Check components for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and designers to optimize fabrication methods.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bus body fabrication or related fields.
  • Proficiency in welding, grinding, and metal cutting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Knowledge of safety standards in fabrication work.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy materials and operate fabrication tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in welding or fabrication.
  • Experience in commercial vehicle manufacturing.
