Position: Customer Support & Technical Support for International UK Process
Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our International UK Process as Customer Support and Technical Support agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting UK-based customers, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality service. Whether you have prior experience or are a fresher, we encourage you to apply Immediate joiners are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through voice, email, and chat support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and helpful information.
- Maintain and update customer records as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 10th Standard, 12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply. Candidates PG degree freshers will not be eligible to apply.
- Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary will be based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided.
- Two-way cab service will be provided.
- UK shifts.
- 5 Days working, 2 Days off.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Interview Process:
- HR Round: Screening and discussion of job role and responsibilities.
- Assessment Test: Evaluation of skills related to customer support and technical troubleshooting.
- Operations Round: Final round to assess operational knowledge and practical skills.
