We are a leading construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure and real estate projects. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, manage campaigns, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preferred Layout Experience Candidate
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the construction sector.
  • Plan and manage BTL (Below The Line) and ATL (Above The Line) activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for marketing collateral and events.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5–6 years of proven marketing experience in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must have prior experience working with a construction or infrastructure firm.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits, events, and client meetings as required.
  • Male candidates preferred (to align with field-related travel and site coordination requirements).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
