  3. Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge

  5. Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
  6. Ensure a delightful customer experience
  7. Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
  8. Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
  9. Learn about Jio`s plans, products and services to add value to the offering

  • Education Requirement: 10th / 10 2 (Preferred)

  • Experience Requirement: Fresher

Skills & Competencies:
  1. Basic knowledge of reading and writing
  2. Smartphone usage
  3. Speak local language
  4. Sales and customer handling skills
  5. Ability to learn
