Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating international client, partner, and employee meetings and communications.
  • Keeping track of essential master documents related to business operations, HR policies, and financial accounts.
  • Working closely with HR and Accounts teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of marketing and business growth strategies.
  • Crafting a variety of operational and business-related documents, such as proposals, presentations, reports, and legal agreements.
  • Overseeing the timely and efficient delivery of operational and business initiatives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity enhancements across the organization.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred; however, candidates with other relevant degrees are also encouraged to apply.

Interest in Business Management.

Proficiency in using technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and basic design tools like Canva.

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Analytical mindset and the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and present findings.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Flexibility to adapt to a flexible work schedule, as the role involves collaborating with clients and colleagues across various time zones on a global scale.
