We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud Security Consultan
t to join our rapidly growing Oracle consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Oracle Cloud security
, with expertise in identity and access management, role-based access control, and compliance frameworks. They should be proficient in implementing security policies across multiple Oracle Cloud applications and ensuring robust protection for enterprise systems.

This role will involve delivering
end-to-end security solutions
, working across various Oracle Cloud environments to support project implementations, technical development, and system optimization.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and support of Oracle Cloud security configurations, ensuring robust protection and compliance across Oracle Cloud environments. Tasks may include:

• Configuration of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user provisioning, role-based access control, and security policies.
• Design and enforcement of security strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational standards.
• Implementation of Oracle Cloud security tools such as Data Redaction, Encryption, and Audit features to safeguard sensitive information.
• Integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) and federated identity providers using SAML, OAuth, and related protocols.
• Monitoring and remediation of security vulnerabilities, including patching and applying Oracle security updates.
• Validation and testing of security controls to confirm compliance and resolve gaps.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Console and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for managing security configurations and identity lifecycle.

Candidates are expected to have experience in multiple areas but are not required to be proficient in all technologies. We value individuals with diverse skill sets and a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging security practices.

Key Deliverables

• Development and execution of security configurations aligned with functional and technical requirements.
• Unit testing and validation of security policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Support for existing security structures, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
• Adherence to best practices and documented security standards.
• Collaboration with Oracle Support and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud security projects.
• Good understanding of Oracle ERP and HCM application processes and related security models.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including user provisioning, role-based access control and security policy configuration for Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience using Oracle Cloud Console and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for managing security configurations, identity lifecycle, and access policies.
• Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance considerations in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with SSO, OAuth, and SAML for federated identity and integration with external identity providers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with periods of high pressure.
• Flexibility to support new technologies and evolving security approaches.
