Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and innovative Research & Development Chemist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Organic or Polymer Chemistry, have demonstrable experience in a research-driven environment, and be eager to contribute to the advancement of specialty chemical products. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in the field of Phenol Formaldehyde Resins.

Key Responsibilities· Design, plan, and execute experiments for the development and optimization of phenol formaldehyde and other specialty resins.

· Analyze results using state-of-the-art characterization techniques and interpret data to guide ongoing research initiatives.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scale up laboratory processes to pilot and production levels.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities, results, and project milestones.

· Stay current with relevant scientific literature and integrate new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.

· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards throughout all research activities.

Qualifications· Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry (required).

· 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in Research & Development (required).

· Practical experience in the field of Phenol Formaldehyde Resins (highly preferred).

· Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for critical thinking and innovation.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
