Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S4 Hana, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP S4 Hana with existing systems.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
  • Facilitate user training and support during the transition to the new system.
  • Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in SAP implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and SAP Activate methodology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform
