Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to manage and optimize plant maintenance processes using SAP PM. The ideal candidate will have 68 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation, configuration, and support, ensuring seamless maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP PM module to enhance plant maintenance processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Handle preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes in SAP PM.
- Configure and manage master data, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, and work orders.
- Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI/CO) for streamlined operations.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support SAP PM enhancements, upgrades, and migration projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of relevant SAP PM experience in implementation, support, or rollout projects.
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance processes and SAP PM configuration.
- Experience in master data management, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and refurbishment processing.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
