Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales-Focused Membership Manager to drive the growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and high-value relationship management with CXOs, founders, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Identify, approach, and pitch to prospective members in luxury, corporate, and premium segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, founders, celebrities, and top achievers.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and prospects using CRM tools.
  • Leverage referrals and existing member networks to generate high-quality leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence to position The Indus Club effectively.
  • Present, negotiate, and close membership deals with professionalism and finesse.
  • Report sales progress, pipeline status, and market insights to the leadership team.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).

Knowledge & Experience

  • 3 -10 years in sales, business development, or key account management within luxury/premium sectors.
  • Proven success in pitching and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience engaging with CXOs, UHNWIs, and senior decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced corporate and business-focused environments.
  • Awareness of market trends, cultural insights, and client expectations.
