We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with 8+ years of comprehensive experience in managing and delivering projects across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and delivering exceptional results that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria to align with business objectives.


• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.


• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in project management.


• Analyze project performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.


• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring project continuity and success.


• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.


• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless project execution.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's / master degree in a relevant field


• 8+ years of experience in project management or delivery lead roles, preferably in AI & Data.


• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and Agile methodologies.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
