Job Title: Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
About the Role:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to handle franchise sales and client conversion. The company will provide qualified leads — your main role is to meet clients, present business opportunities, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle company-provided leads and convert them into business deals.
- Meet potential clients and present franchise business opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with clients for long-term business.
- Visit other locations as required for client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–4 years in Sales / Business Development / Marketing (any sector).
- Communication: Fluent English with good presentation & negotiation skills.
- Skills: Lead conversion, client handling, and field sales.
- Other: Must be open to travel for client meetings.
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
