Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM-Marketing/Field) – Beverages Division

Location: [Patna, Bihar]

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our beverages products (Milk) & other dairy products. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, drive product visibility, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's beverage products to retailers, distributors, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), and modern trade outlets.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure product availability, proper display, and brand visibility at all retail points.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for product improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or beverage industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must possess a valid driving license (if applicable for field sales).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
