Our media-tech foray, Arré Voice, is a social-audio app where creators post bite-sized voicepods (30-second clips), spark threaded voicepools, and curate playlists for discovery. We marry analytics with taste and intuition, ship rapid experiments, and iterate with creators and listeners in the loop. What you'll do

  • Run AI-assisted growth experiments to drive
    new installs

,
organic reviews/ratings

, and
re-activation

.

  • Own app store presence (Play Store & App Store): keyword audits, screenshots/copy tests, review-reply ops, rating uplift programs.

  • Build and operate lightweight
    CRM journeys

across touchpoints (email/SMS/WhatsApp/in-app), incl. list hygiene, segmentation, and win-back flows.

  • Spin up no-code/low-code automations for lead gen and community ops (e.g., creator outreach, referral workflows, survey loops).

  • Track and report weekly:
    installs, CTR, activation rate, Day-1/7 retention, review velocity/avg rating, opt-in rates

  • Collaborate with Product/Content to launch creator or city-based growth loops.

You'll thrive if you have

  • Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), web scrapers (Phantombuster/Apify), automation (Zapier/Make), and sheets.

  • Basics of analytics & attribution (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel/CleverTap, Play Console/App Store Connect).

  • Strong written communication; ability to write concise growth copy and thoughtful review replies.

  • Bias to ship: you enjoy setting a hypothesis, launching, measuring, and iterating quickly.

  • Bonus: Tamil fluency, creator-ecosystem interest, basic HTML for emails/landing tweaks.

Success = measurable movement on

  • Weekly new installs, CAC (if any paid pilots), review count & ★ rating, reply SLA to reviews, activation & Day-7 retention.
