Main Task and Responsibilities:

A Site cum Billing Engineer ensures efficient on-site execution while managing project costs, combining technical supervision with accurate billing to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

  • Site Supervision & Execution

o Oversee daily construction activities.
o Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality norms.
o Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and consultants on site.

  • Work Measurement & Quantity Surveying

o Take accurate site measurements of work completed.
o Prepare quantity estimates based on BOQs and drawings.

  • Billing & Documentation

o Prepare Running Account (RA) and Final Bills for contractors/subcontractors.
o Ensure billing is aligned with work progress and contractual terms.
o Maintain proper documentation and billing records for audit and verification.

  • Material & Cost Reconciliation

o Track and reconcile material usage vs. materials issued.
o Assist in inventory and procurement planning based on work needs.

  • Reporting & Coordination

o Generate daily/weekly progress reports.
o Communicate between site operations, accounts, and project managers.
o Ensure timely approvals of bills and variation claims.

  • Compliance & Safety

o Monitor site safety practices and compliance with statutory regulations.
o Address on-site technical issues and provide timely solutions

Essential Experience / Qualifications Required
Civil Engineering Degree Minimum 4-5 years' exp
Skills and Personal Qualities
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in construction projects.
-In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and structural engineering principles.
-Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
-Certification in project management (PMP), construction safety, or related areas is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹750,000.00 per year
