Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Technician to oversee HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems from design through execution. The ideal candidate should bring strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and on-site experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute MEP works for commercial and residential high-rise projects.
  • Coordinate with architectural, civil, and structural teams for project integration.
  • Supervise on-site MEP installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Manage vendor coordination and material selection related to MEP systems.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Degree / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience handling MEP systems in high-rise projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
