Position:
Business Development
Intern

Kickstart your career in Marketing & Sales with SapMen C. and work on real-world scenarios and problems that make an impact
Internship Duration

: 4 to 6 months (your choice).

First 2 Months:

Unpaid: Training on our work methodologies and marketing strategies (Month 1).

Hands-On Tasks: Real project work and performance evaluation (Month 2).

Post 2-Month Assessment:

Qualified Interns: Transition to paid internship on the pay-per-project model.

Unqualified Interns: Internship ends.

Your Role & Responsibilities

:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media platforms, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
  2. Research and identify potential client segments for targeted campaigns.
  3. Assist in creating content strategies for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  4. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  5. Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

What We're Looking For

:

We're searching for passionate individuals who have:

  1. Any past internship experience in Digital Marketing or Sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  2. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Cold Outreach techniques.
  3. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude in establishing client relationships.
  4. Ability to take initiative on tasks and implement new ideas effectively.
  5. Analytical mindset to track and optimize marketing strategies.
  6. Commitment of 4 - 5 hours daily on working days.
