Role: L1 Service Desk Engineer
Experience: 6 months to 1.2 years Location - Ghansoli
Salary: ₹22,000 in hand

Qualification: Graduation mandatory

Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic IT support knowledge
Ticket handling and end-user support
Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking
Job Description:
Provide L1 technical support to end users via call, email, or ticketing tool
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per process
Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
