Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing social media content planning, coordinating internal team meetings, and ensuring the effective recording and collection of information across all branches. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient in communication, and a strong multitasker.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

Social Media Calendar: Plan, create, and manage the monthly social media content calendar across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Content Coordination: Work with the content team to ensure timely posting, maintain brand consistency, and monitor engagement on social platforms.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with current trends, campaigns, and industry developments to incorporate into social media strategies.

Performance Analytics: Track social media metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

  1. Team Meeting Coordination:

Meeting Scheduling: Schedule, organize, and coordinate internal team meetings, ensuring that all relevant members are present and prepared.

Agenda Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas in advance and distribute them to team members.

Minutes & Follow-Up: Take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on tasks assigned during the meetings.

Communication: Serve as a central communication point for team members, ensuring all updates and critical information are clearly communicated.

  1. Branch-Related Recording & Collection:

Data Collection: Coordinate the collection of branch-related data, reports, and documentation.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for each branch, ensuring all information is stored in an organized and accessible manner.

Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on branch activities and performance for review by senior management.

Branch Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between branches and the head office, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration..
