Job Title: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer (Ready-Mix Concrete)

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield, Marathahalli), Ghaziabad

Industry: Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC)

Experience Required: 2-5 years (Minimum 1-year experience in concrete pump operations)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor / Site Engineer with practical experience in concrete pump operations, site coordination, and ensuring the quality and timely placement of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) at construction sites. You will be responsible for supervising RMC delivery, managing concrete pump setups, and working closely with site teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee RMC supply and pouring activities at construction sites.
  • Coordinate with batching plants, logistics, and client site teams to ensure smooth and timely concrete delivery.
  • Prepare and inspect sites before the arrival of transit mixers and concrete pumps.
  • Manage the pump setup, operation, and troubleshooting during concrete pouring.
  • Check concrete quality (slump, workability, etc.) and ensure compliance with the project's specifications.
  • Maintain daily records of RMC dispatch, pumping, and consumption.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and operational standards.
  • Handle client communication, issue resolution, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Provide support for multiple sites if required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in RMC site operations and pump handling.
  • Knowledge of concrete quality standards and site safety norms.
  • Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.
