Qualification = BE / Diploma Mechanical/Automobile
Experience :- 4 to 8 years
Experience of heavy Fabrication & Machining
Skills :
Prepare WPS, PQR as per ASME / EN standard
Welder Qualification As per AWS & EN standard
Daily monitoring in process Welding activity for weld Quality
Practical shop floor experience for Weld process & Performance Qualification &
Practically shop floor experience Weld defect elimination by working on welder & process
Regular Welder awareness Training
Periodic Welder Test piece qualification
Root Cause analysis of the welding issue
Maintain Export Quality standard on manufactured part as per ASME & EN standard
Handling foreign guest related to welding activity
Experience of heavy Fabrication & Machining
Good indeapth knowledge of fabrication / machining Drawing Reading
Control & monitoring on the quality of every Stage Inspection As per QAP
Customer Complaint handling & CAPA
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Poka-yoke implementation
Certification =NDT LEVEL -II certification in VT,RT, UT, PT, MPT must
