We are looking for a
Senior Aesthetic Therapist
to lead our aesthetics and medi-facial services and help us set a new benchmark in Bangalore.

Role Summary

As a Senior Aesthetic Therapist, you will:

• Perform
  medi-facials, peels, basic aesthetic & body treatments
  as per doctor-approved protocols
• Guide patients on the
  right treatment plans & homecare
• Mentor junior therapists and maintain
  high standards of service, hygiene and results

You are the
bridge between the doctor and the patient
on the aesthetics side.

Key Responsibilities

1. Treatments & Procedures

• Perform:
• Medi-facials (hydrafacial-type, brightening, anti-acne, anti-ageing, etc.)
• Chemical peels (superficial to medium as allowed by protocol)
• Basic body services (body polishes, peels, tightening devices, as applicable)
• Scalp/hair therapies (PRP assistance, scalp treatments, etc., as guided)
• Follow
  standard operating protocols (SOPs)
  and treatment steps every time
• Ensure correct
  pre-care and post-care
  is explained and documented

2. Patient Experience & Counselling

• Take time to understand patient concerns and expectations
• Explain
  treatment benefits, number of sessions, do's & don'ts
  in simple language
• Support conversion of:
• Consultations → Treatments
• Single sessions → Packages / Memberships
• Build long-term
  relationships with regular patients
  and ensure they feel cared for

3. Safety, Hygiene & Documentation

• Maintain
  100% hygiene
  : sterilization, disinfection, linen, trolley setup, waste disposal
• Ensure proper use and care of machines, tips, consumables and tools
• Document:
• Treatment details
• Products used
• Before–after photos (as per clinic policy)
• Escalate any adverse reactions or unusual findings to the doctor immediately

4. Teamwork & Training

• Mentor
  junior therapists
  on protocols, communication and grooming
• Participate in internal
  training sessions
  (devices, products, new protocols)
• Give feedback to doctors/management on:
• Popular services
• Patient feedback
• New ideas for treatments or packages

Eligibility & Experience

• Education:
• Diploma / Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology or equivalent
• Experience:
• 3–6 years as
  Aesthetic Therapist / Beauty Therapist / Medi-facial Therapist
• Experience in a
  dermatology/aesthetic clinic, medi-spa or premium salon
  is preferred

• Strong hands-on skills in
  facials, peels, and aesthetic treatments
• Very good
  patient communication
  – calm, reassuring, professional
• Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times
• Comfortable explaining
  packages, memberships and add-ons
  (ethical, doctor-approved)
• Detail-oriented and disciplined with protocols & documentation
• Team player with a
  positive, learning mindset

Work Schedule

• 6-day working (one weekly off on a weekday)
• Must be comfortable working on
  weekends & peak festival days
  (with compensatory offs as per policy)
• Shift timings as per clinic hours and patient flow
