We're on the lookout for skilled and motivated Doctors to be a part of our expanding Skin Clinic Business at Urban Company. Your primary responsibility will be to provide consultations for aesthetic skin services such as laser hair reduction, chemical peels, hydra facial etc’

**Position**: Full-Time (Work from Home)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online video consultations to assess contra-indications and identify skin and hair types, guiding treatment parameters for our aestheticians.
- As a counselor onboard, ensure the highest possible outcomes for users in each treatment session.
- Actively manage user treatment outcomes throughout their journey and touch base with them every month to address their concerns.
- Collaborate with the Head Doctor and Category Manager to derive insights on structural process changes and resolve deviation scenarios.
- Interact with clinical aestheticians to ensure proper treatment guidelines are followed.

**Required Skills**:

- Relevant experience in skin consultation or dermatology.
- Cosmetology expertise.
- Familiarity with Laser hair removal, chemical peels, and Fractional Lasers.
- Dedication to delivering top-quality patient care and safety.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for industry advancements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,424.65 - ₹80,000.00 per month
