Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in Pune. The Production Engineer will oversee production planning, process improvement, and ensuring quality control in manufacturing activities. Responsibilities include evaluating production processes, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with teams to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Production Engineering and Production Planning
  • Proficient in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to production standards
  • Demonstrated Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Effective Communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and manage production demands
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with project management and monitoring practices is a plus
