Marketing Video Specialist (AI + Short-Form Video)Location: Hyderabad, India (Remote-friendly, with access to local office)
Job Overview:

Solix is hiring a Marketing Video Specialist in Hyderabad to lead short-form video content creation using cutting-edge AI tools like HeyGen. This role will blend creativity and automation — ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through video, skilled in editing, and excited by the potential of AI-generated content at scale.

You'll create engaging talking head videos, teaser clips, and product demos that power LinkedIn campaigns, outbound sequences, and webinar promotions. You'll work closely with our global content and demand gen teams to launch hundreds of videos using HeyGen's bulk automation API and custom LinkedIn short-form templates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use HeyGen's API to generate thousands of videos for outbound campaigns, product demos, onboarding, and follow-ups
  • Create 15–45 second high-conversion videos tailored for LinkedIn posts, integrating with tools like Waalaxy for campaign reach
  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars, blogs, whitepapers) into short clips, reels, or quote videos
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Descript, or Adobe Express for a polished, social-ready look
  • Create and optimize video thumbnails, captions, and CTAs to maximize engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with writers and marketers to storyboard and script content
  • Maintain a lightweight video calendar tied to webinars, product campaigns, and email nurtures
Tools You'll Use:
  • HeyGen (API + UI for AI Avatar video generation)
  • CapCut, Descript, Adobe Express (video editing)
  • Canva (for overlay graphics, thumbnails)
  • HubSpot (embed videos into emails, landing pages)
  • LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels (publishing/distribution)
Ideal Background:
  • 1–3 years in video content creation, digital marketing, or B2B storytelling
  • Experience using AI video tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, or Pictory
  • Comfortable with editing software and social media best practices
  • Strong understanding of short-form video trends and performance content
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot and B2B SaaS marketing
