3D Motion Designer, Video Editor and Graphic Designer

Summary
Were looking for a versatile 3D Motion Designer, Video Editor and Graphic Designer who can create cinematic, visually striking content across formats from 3D brand films and event openers to social-media reels, carousels and online-course videos.
You should be comfortable designing and animating in 3D, lighting and rendering scenes realistically, compositing in After Effects, and editing polished videos in Premiere Pro.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate 3D motion graphics, logo reveals, and cinematic visuals.
- Design and create social media content marketing content such as Instagram posts, reels, YouTube videos, and course content in Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Build lighting, texturing, and rendering setups for realistic 3D scenes.
- Composite 3D passes and footage in After Effects for final polish.
- Apply color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling for professional output.
- Deliver assets optimised for multiple formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
- Maintain organised project files and meet creative deadlines.
- Multi-Platform Delivery: Export and optimise content for LED walls, YouTube, Instagram, and interactive 3D web environments including lightweight GLB / GLTF assets, motion loops, and hero animations for immersive sites.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in 3D motion design, animation, or video production.
- Deep understanding of lighting, pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Capable of delivering both high-end 3D visuals and fast-turnaround social content.
- Excited by Web3, interactive experiences, and next-gen visual formats.
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects.
Education
Degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, Design, VFX, or Film Production (preferred, not mandatory).
