We’re looking for a dynamic Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing concepts to life with visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities - Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute compelling video content that aligns with brand narratives and campaign goals. - Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and other visual elements to enhance videos. - Maintain a strong sense of brand identity and ensure consistency across all video projects. - Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), understanding the nuances of each medium. - Stay updated on industry trends and implement new techniques to keep content fresh and engaging. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. - Organize and maintain video assets for future use. Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required). - Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). - Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing. - Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. - Familiarity with social media trends and video optimization techniques. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. - Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Since this is a full-time work-from-home role, you’ll need: - A high-performance PC or laptop capable of handling advanced video editing tasks. - A strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless communication and file transfers. - Access to professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to deliver top-notch output.
