We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you'll assist in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. This commission-based internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while earning incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)

  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives

  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results

  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks

Stipend: 5k -7k

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in HR, Business, or related field (undergraduate/graduate)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
