We are expanding our Data & Analytics team and looking for passionate data professionals who can transform raw data into powerful business insights and automated decision intelligence.

Experience: 10+ years

Work Mode : Hybrid (2 - WFO , 3 - WFH)

Immediate Joiners are Preferred

Contract Position: 12 Months and Rolling

What You Will Do

· Work with large / complex datasets using advanced wrangling & modelling techniques

· Build automated dashboards and visualizations for business decision-making

· Develop metrics, insights, KPI frameworks & prescriptive analytics

· Work cross-functionally to translate problems → measurable insights → data-driven decisioning

· Design, write and test scripts for advanced analytics, pipelines & automation

· Ensure highest standards in Data Quality, Validation and Governance

Tech & Tools Experience Required

· Strong experience in data visualization tools (Power BI / QlikSense / Tableau)

· Excel, SQL, Python/R scripting for data transformation

· Experience across structured data modelling & metric building

· Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud environment preferred

· Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, InfoSec concepts is an added advantage

· Strong communication, problem solving and data storytelling capabilities

· For Senior Data Analyst - Candidate should have International Banking experience

· Candidate should have International Banking experience

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics / CS / Information Systems or relevant quantitative field

· Proven experience in analytics + BI automation + dashboarding + KPI driven analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹3,500,000.00 per year
