Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs and plans in line with client requirements, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines.

Skills needed : Working drawing on AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Revit, Sketchup, BIM
