Job Title: Realtor Executive

Location: Chennai (Field & Office-Based Role)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

Chai Waale — South India's fastest-growing vegetarian tea café chain — is seeking a Realtor Executive to drive outlet expansion by iden fying, evalua ng, and securing high-poten al retail spaces for new store openings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and shortlist commercial proper es and retail spaces across targeted areas.
  • Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and landlords for site visits, nego a ons, and documentation.
  • Evaluate proper es based on foo all, visibility, accessibility, and market poten al.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — Projects, Opera ons, and Legal — for final site approvals.
  • Maintain a detailed property pipeline, including loca on photos, rental expecta ons, and owner details.
  • Conduct market research to iden fy emerging F&B zones and upcoming retail developments.
  • Represent Chai Waale at property exhibi ons, real estate meets, and local networking events.
  • Ensure mely closure of property deals within brand parameters and approved budgets.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate, retail leasing, or space acquisition
  • Strong market knowledge and established real estate network.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver against expansion targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the city and nearby regions.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil (Hindi will be an added advantage).
  • Knowledge of Pan-India commercial property requirements is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,768.33 per month
